    Re: 2015-16 Season

    Hmmm....

I wonder if a combo of Conley and Batum(or maybe Teletovic) would, with Saric, Embiild, and the draft picks, would push Philly into the playoff chase faster...maybe as soon as next...

    Re: 2015-16 Season

If they get 1 and 4, I'm thinking they take Simmons and Murray, giving the team a high ceiling wing that can take pressure off the PG, and a PG that can knock down outside shots.
    Simmons and Ingram...

    Re: 2015-16 Season

They need him to do too much right now.

When he can just settle into being a complementary shooter, and not have to worry about playmaking or huge efforts defensively, he'll probably become much...
  5. Re: Experts agree: Quinn, Wolf should top Lions list

I don't think Wolf is going anywhere, though- Everytime someone sniffs around him, he gets a promotion.

At one point, it was thought that either he or Dorsey would take over for Thompson when he...
  6. Re: Experts agree: Quinn, Wolf should top Lions list

Do they have extra picks coming from previous trades?

Suh is probably a lock for a 3rd round pick. Fairley might garner a 5th or a 6th.

I'm not sure if Tyrunn Walker counts in the formula or...

    Re: 2015-16 Season

OKC or Miami finishing with a better record than the Warriors isn't out of the realm of possibility. OKC is probably even on talent, and they have a less boring offense now. Miami has talent and...

Sticky: Re: 2015 Green Bay Packers

A Packers blogger on Twitter panned the Perillo call up, saying he has to believe there is a more talented, higher upside tight end on some team's practice squad somewhere.

    Which would make all...

Re: St. Louis @ Green Bay noon cst

Exactly. The last time I remember Rodgers turning the ball over this often was the playoff game against the Giants. That defense and special teams unit couldn't overcome the offense's mistakes. This...

    Re: Defense

I read that entirely differently. The scheme hasn't changed, they just took out plays from the playbook and changed what they were called to make it easier for players to pick up and remember.

    Re: 2015-16 Season

So, what is this year called...Sinking for Simmons?

Honestly, if the Sixers end up with the players Chad Ford projected to them back in August, the team might be playoff bound after this draft, or...

    Re: So

It would stand to reason that so much roster churn would lead to a sluggish start.

Eagle fans shouldn't worry yet-- You are looking up at a team that is pretty much just an offensive line at this...

Re: NFL Power Rankings by moses

Colts, Seahawks, Eagles, Ravens, and Saints are 0-2.

The Cowboys are 2-0, but now without Romo, Witten, and Bryant (and Murray, technically)

    The JETS are 2-0.

Off to a crazy start so far.

Re: James Jones reunites with Packers

And that's not even taking into account the one negated by penalty versus Chicago, or the butt catch Sunday night.

Dude is trusted in the red zone, and that's huge.

    Rodgers vs Favre

As of right now, Rodgers needs 211 more TD's to pass Favre for total TD's as a Packer.

To put that in perspective, he needs 229 INT's to pass Brett in that category.

    Re: Lions vs Denver

I'd recommend staying out of Seattle for coaching candidates. But either Pagano or Reich from San Diego would be interesting choices.

    Exactly.

Just another dumb item added onto the biggest "controversy" of the NFL's offseason.
