Good win tonight

It was against a projected playoff team and the Lakers won the game. Good teamwork by the guys, but there are still weaknesses.

Lakers need to rebound better and limit their turnovers. Hopefully with more time the guys will lower their turnovers.

how did kobe look with out shaq

Kobe looked good. In the first half, he was being double teamed and his passes led to many baskets by his teammates. Mihm had 19 points in the 1st half, and Kobe only shot 4 times in that 1st half.

Lakers were up about 54-37 or so by half time.

Kobe definitely made his teammates better in this game. There was also a play where Kobe was driving in and he was trying to make a spectacular play by moving the ball behind his back. He lost the handle and the ball was stolen. The pass was made to Andre Miller who ran the other way with no Laker player guarding him. Looked like an easy layup. Kobe, pissed off at himself, sprinted back on defense. He was at least 20 feet away. Andre Miller gets to the basket and looks like it's going to be an easy layup, when suddenly, Kobe flies out of nowhere and blocks the shot with his left hand. Lakers recover the ball. That was the most exciting play of the night :)

Overall, I'd say Kobe played good, not spectacular. His stats were good.

It was a good win -- definitely the type of game we need to win to make it to the playoffs. I think Kobe showed that he's willing to do all the little things needed to win. I think it makes a big difference when he has hard-working teammates around him.
