What are your biggest concerns heading into this season?

1. PG's...how will the combo of Mike James and Mo Williams do? I'm personally very concerned about the latter, his preseason numbers werent all that impressive at all.

2. Injuries...this team is an injury or two from being f*cked. It is key to stay healthy.

3. Schedule...the first two months are brutal, look at it once.

4. Center...can Zaza carry his preseason over and last a full season? Can Gadz step it up and be the man? What will Santiago bring to the picture? Alot of questions.

5. Outside Shooting...take out Redd and Van Horn, we dont have much for outside shooting. James is known for shooting, but struggled mightily in the preseason. Kukoc is very inconsistent from the outside, pretty much hit or miss from night to night. Teams will probably key on Redd, like they did after the AS break last year.

Definitely alot of concerns with me, however the positives are this...

1. Mike Jones and Mo Williams are an upgrade over Jones/Knight IMO, and the latter got the Bucks into the playoffs last season.

2. Solid Core...Redd, Dez, KVH, and Joe Smith are a decent core. Plus Dez should be another year better and KVH will be comfortable here now.

3. Better defensively...Damon Jones was a horrible defender and James is known for his D. Skinner wasnt that great of defender either and Gadz/Zaza could be half decent defensively if they stay out of foul trouble.

4. Chemistry...essentially the same team as last season, the team should know how to play together and build upon last season.

5. Michael Redd...he is a stud player in a contract year, a good combo (until next summer when up for FA).

My only concern is singing Redd to a multi year contract.

I think you summed it up very well. The center position is a wait and see. I think once James and Mo Wiliams are a little more comfortable and knowledgable to Porter's system, they'll be a good addition to the team. Defensively, James should be a 100% improvement over Jones from last year. "IF" TJ can come back after the All-star break for even limited minutes in a game, that will certainly help (and be a boost to his fans). Lastly, Dez was working on perimeter (even 3 pointers) over the summer....hopefully we'll see it in games.
