Haylie Duff, Hilary Duff's sister, and like Hilary, also a singer. This is a miniature version of a picture I found on the internet. Haylie's shirt says "Boy Beater" which made me laugh. I think the fact that the letters are at boob-level is pretty cool, too. LOL.
