I never expected the Raiders to be good this year. Vastly overrated. Tennessee's problems I didn't expect, although replacing half their D line is tough. But I never thought Miami would be as bad as they are. Or Buffalo or Kansas City (even with their crappy D).

I did think the Rams would be a 500 team. Somewhat surprised at them.
