it turned out to be a decent game, but I can't believe they got burned by Johnson on that 3rd and long. Fuck
Oh well. The team showed they can come back after a tough loss at home and play the "best team" in the NFL on the road.
Good job boys

Why can't you believe it, after the 4th quarter last week? Same kind of crap defense on 3rd down.

It's only week 6. We're 3-2. I'll take it. I thought we lost a game we should have won, won a game we should have lost, and expected this one to go down to the wire, which it did. And it took a miracle catch by a guy who was 'suspended' to put it away.
My one criticism would be that we were out-coached on a couple of plays (Klecko and Johnson).

My point is we should be 5-0. If we'd beaten the Rams 27-10, and then come in and lost this today, I could handle it. But we blew that game, and stunk up the 1st half of this one with dropped passes, including Engram dropping a TD despite what those morons on TV said about it should have been thrown behind him. FG's instead of touchdowns. We face being a half-game behind the Rams after Monday night. I won't accept that.

We SHOULD be 5-0. But we're not. Coulda, woulda, shoulda.
I'm just trying take positives out of this. There were no positives last week, which is why I think it hurt so much. But I thought we would lose this week, but not by an embarassing first half. The second half has me optimistic again. This is the first time we played 60 minutes against whatever the scoreboard said.
I think KC, Philly, Indy, they all have been feeling this for years. We're just experiencing it.

Well, I guess this room is dominated by Republicans or something, because there is no room for dissent. I didn't expect to lose this game, I expected to win. If you guys want to ignore the flaws and say there is no problem, that they're fine and don't need to change anything, or that this doesn't look real reminiscent (I know I misspelled that) of past years, beating bad teams and not being able to beat good teams, making crucial mistakes to cost us games, then your deceiving yourselves. We can't beat Minnesota, or the Jets, or the Rams again on the road, playing like this. They need to play a great game against a good team, not just against teams like New Orleans, or Tampa, or SF, or Arizona. That's what I'm saying. If beating up SF gives a woody and you can shrug off the last two weeks with "oh well, we'll beat Arizona next week", then you're beyond bandwagoners, you're in denial. Beat a good team, and I'll get excited again. The prospect of going from 3-0 to being a half-game behind the Rams pisses me off. If it doesn't piss you off, then maybe there's something wrong with you instead of me. Paul Moyer is saying the same thing on KIRO right now, and New York Vinnie is wondering the same.

I`m a bit concerned about our run D today. 105 yds for Dillon, 133 total. I had thought we had that worked out.

I expected this game to come down to the last play. And it pretty much did. A miracle catch. Yes there are problems, but we are not going to the Super Bowl unabated, without controversy and struggles, if at all. I am pissed. But less pissed than last week.

so when a reciever makes a diving catch...it's because the defense was poor.
ok...lol

How about when the receiver gets wide open down field and the QB has all day to throw it, on 3rd and 10, it's poor defense? And I'm not "lol"ing.
