What ever happened to Jose Rosado?

Hey Royal fans, you remember this guy? He was your all-star rep for like 3 years in a row in the late 90's. Lefty starter, decent, not overpowering but solid. He had some arm injuries I remember. What ever happened to him?

I remember seeing an article much earlier this year that he was contemplating making a comeback. But I don't know what happened with it. He's only 31 years old...hasn't pitched since 2000. I suppose it's not too late for him to make a comeback.
