I've already run a few of them. As far as I can tell, my strongest demographic are people who skip through my long posts and assume that simply because I write a lot I know what the hell I'm talking about...which is why Newt has to go (because she writes a lot AND actually knows what she's talking about).

Bah, you won't get neg rep from me. I'm annoyed at our offseason thus far. I'm usually one of the most optimistic fans entering each season but so far there is NOTHING positive. I'm ranting about discarding Padilla without an alternative... Gillick was planning on replacing him with Elmer friggin' Dessens? Now something apparently worse than Dessens?

I understand it's still early, but my first impression of Gillick couldn't be any worse.

I feel your pain. Even I am not totally happy w/ the pace of things so far, but I am a patient (usually to a fault {according to my wife [and co-workers]}, person, and am still optimistic that Mr. Gillick has more up his sleeve.
