why is 420 still over there? Does he know what this place is like?
I mean, it seems like everyone keeps to themselves here. And, if anyone does come over, it's football related, or in good humor.
We need to go recruiting right about now....

Maybe he fears not being able to post lyrics and talk "music" here.

lol
I don't think that would be a problem, but if it were, there is an Off Topic area, and I'm sure people would welcome some musical discussion

actually, posting bullshit non-stop would be a problem. occasional off-topic posts is fine, but daytripper goes a bit far.

hence "off topic"
duh

I don't think he would go to another area, he would want to post it here, hence "problem"

He does have football knowledge, and I'm sure he would respect this place, and what it's for and not abuse it's troll-free nature. Besides, Nova, Sully and other head honchos check out this and all other boards for banter that isn't suitable- so I assume.

I don't have a problem with him being here, just saying that his over excessive music threads are annoying.

Nobody is forcing you to read them, though. Don't get me wrong, I understand where you're coming from, but they're just open conversations. Regardless, he needs to leave that place. Lamb fans are trying to lynch him through the computer, lol.

lamb fans are insecure. And he knows how to make them feel even more so. heh.

We have an entertainment forum where there's a lot of music discussion. 420 might find a second home there.
I just hope that no politics isn't a problem for the rest of them.

Trip just likes to rattle the hornets nest every once in a while. And when we've all talked ourselves out of football he can lighten the mood. And he does KNOW football.
As for politics, they've been the source of some of the more active threads and spirited discussions. But for the most part they have always been intelligently argued and on a civil level.
I hope he sees the light soon.

We tried the politics under a civil discussion format. It didn't work, massive fallout ensued. Needless to say, we're not going there again, thus the no political post rule in the TOS.

I personally don't like that handle: 420
Pot is not to be worshipped, and politics are like religion. Easy to argue about. Music is an art, and no one can say what is good, or bad.

I understand that and am not trying to lobby against it. Just stating that we've been always civil in our political discussions.

I commend you guys for being able to have civil discussions... Just stating that it's not allowed here, nothing more.

No politics in an off-topic room? That blows.
