I just got logged on this site and, low and behold, the posts are from months back. Come on guys, I need some company. Let me know someone around here is alive. I need to talk to Red Sox fans quickly.

This is similar to what happened a little over a year ago with the Phillies board. JRoll and Phila started it up..and now we have 70,000 posts

Well this is more like it. I am on Dirt Dogs and the Boston Red Sox Forum Boards and another one is just up my alley. I am going to spring training from March 26-31 and have gotten tickets to two of the games, vs Pirates and Reds. That was all they would allow me to buy so I'm hoping someone will outside selling tickets so I can see another game or two. I know Mark Loretts personally and he is a class act as well as a helluva ballplayer. Maybe since we need a shortstop, wouldn't it an idea to move Pedroia back to that position since that was what he was signed as?

I think that they think he's not quite ready yet, that's why they traded for Loretta in the first place. The plan as I understand it is to go with Alex Cora if no deals are made by then.
