Did anyone listen to ESPN and how they are saying that Minnesota wants to get a chance to beat up on the Leastern conference in the finals? They were doing a bit on Minnesota, and it pissed me off. First of all Minnesota in all due respect does not stand a chance against the Pistons in the finals. Put Sheed on Garnett and Tay on Sprewell and you have Big Ben roaming around, because they don't have a center. Any thoughts?

Wallace scares me...because we don't have a center, but in all due respect, Sheed has never been able to shut down Garnett and if Cassell and Hudson are healthy we can score from anywhere on the floor. It would be a good series, it definately wouldn't be one sided, but we would definately stand a chance.

Yeah, thats not fair jerms. Unlike last years lakers, the Minni team plays D very well. The biggest worry for the Wolves will be injuries as they have awful front court depth, and hudson and cassell haven't been able to stay on the court when it matters. It reamins to be seen whether another year together makes their chemisty better, or if it exposes spree and sammy as old. I'd love to see a 7 game Spurs v wolves WCF after we sweep the Pacers.

wouldnt they have to actually make it to the finals to have a chance at beating an Eastern conferance team?

I think your right it would not be a blow out, ESPN just pissed me off. Anyway, Cassell and Spree are old. If (that is a big if) Cassell and Hudson stay healthy Minnesota may make the finals. But, still how are Cassell and Hudson going to be scoring from everywhere on the court? Last time I checked Billups and Rip were very good defenders and they don't have to be worried about being burned, because Big Ben and Sheed will take care of the paint. As for Sheed guarding Garnett, yes in the past Sheed has not been able to handle Garnett. Now Sheed has Big Ben coming from the week side, totally different.

I think they have to worry about the Spurs before they come and worry about the East...
