There is talk that the Blues might try to sign center Todd Marchant, who recently cleared waivers from Columbus. They would be paying half of his salary this year.

They did add a guy named Gamache? Something like that. I'm not too into hockey but I picked that up in the POST today. I don't know they guy but he is from Nashville.

Here is the book on him from what I've read.

He's played in 11 games for Nashville scoring 0 points and is -6. He hasn't even taken a penalty.

I heard he is an offensive-minded forward who isn't a good checker. He impressed in practice this morning with his ability to create chances to score.

Gamache just scored to put the Blues up 3-1. It's only his 2nd career goal.
