Is he anywhere close to coming back? He is technically a free agent right? What if the Pistons picked him up as a backup PG...could be a steal..and he doesnt have to be ready right away!

If e's ready to come back it won't be until next year I'd presume. THey said it was a 3 year rehab if he chose to do it. He has kept close ties with the Bulls, but they are loaded at pg. May be an option next year as we will almost assuredly be looking for a backup pg/combo to sign to a longer deal.

I read earlier today that Isiah Thomas is getting desparate on getting rid of Shandon Anderson that he might consider trading with Detroit or Indiana if he can't find a taker. The reason he has not yet is because he does not want Anderson playing against the Knicks as an Eastern Conference opponent.

Shannon Anderson would be a solid backup to Prince. The problem is that he is due to make 7.3 mil this year and 7.9 mil and 8.5 mil the next two years after this one. There is no way that Joe D would want anything to do with that. Shannon Anderson will definitely not be traded to the Pistons.
