The Cubs would have to go 38-13 over their final 51 games to overtake the Cardinals in the NL Central at 99-63.

I would hate to see them go the rest of the way on cruise control though. I want to see them continue to fight up until the last game of the regular season and then take that same attitude into the post-season. Hell, they should be trying to win 120 games.
Remember the Mariners a few years ago? They jumped out to the great record and then tanked it over the last month because they thought they could just turn it back on come playoff time. Didn't work.
