the thrashers have a legitimate shot at the stanley cup this year.

marc savard is one of the best kept secrets in the NHL. he is one of the most consistent players in the game and never fails to disappoint. that and the addition of bondra and hossa will be huge, especially now since kovy will be coming into the picture. combine all this with some veteran leadership from holik and kozlov and you got yourself a damn good team. let's hope lehtonen gets well soon so we can jump out to a big lead in the division (although luongo has been pretty hot for florida).

They should bring in one of the Buffalo goalies for depth. Garnett isn't going to win you ANY games if Dunham goes down. A guy like Biron/Noronen can be had for something like a 4th/5th.
