LOUIS – The St. Louis Blues today announced that FSN Midwest and KPLR WB 11 are returning to televise 65 of the St. Louis Blues’ 82-game schedule during the 2005-06 National Hockey League regular season. It marks the sixth consecutive NHL season that the two networks have delivered as many as 65 regular-season Blues games.

FSN Midwest, entering its tenth season as the Blues’ flagship television partner, will air 40 games and lead with the Blues’ season opener on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at the Detroit Red Wings. WB 11 will televise 25 Blues games, highlighted by 14 games on Saturdays. Overall, 75 of the Blues’ 82 games – one more than in the last NHL season of 2003-04 – will be televised in the St. Louis local television territory by FSN Midwest, WB 11, OLN or NBC. Also, 40 of the 41 away games will be aired.

There will be no shortage of hockey on television once the Blues open the
2005-06 season Oct. 5 in Detroit. Seventy-five of the Blues' 82 games this
season will be on TV.

The Blues announced Thursday that FSN Midwest and KPLR (Ch. 11) will team up to
televise 65 regular-season games for the sixth consecutive season in 2005-06.
On Wednesday, the Outdoor Life Network and NBC said the Blues will be on 10
national telecasts this season.

FSN Midwest, which is entering its 10th season as the Blues' flagship
television partner, will televise 40 games. In its eighth season with the
Blues, KPLR will broadcast 25 games, including 14 on Saturdays.

The Blues' TV crew for FSN Midwest and KPLR telecasts will consist of
play-by-play voice John Kelly, back with the team after 13 years, analyst
Bernie Federko and in-game reporter Dan McLaughlin.
