Today on ESPN...last night's episode I guess..during Fact or Fiction he said it was a Fact that the Yankees were going to win the series.

It's not that he thinks the Yanks are going to win that I have a problem with, it's the fact that he says the reason is because we have no reliable #3 starter. He then goes on to talk about how Kyle Lohse has been inconsistent and that's going to hurt us.

KYLE LOHSE?!?!?

Maybe he hasn't heard of a guy named Carlos Silva, been our #3 guy almost all year...had put up some good numbers down the stretch, will get double plays with his sinker...the type of guy that can get you a win if you put up 4 or 5 runs for him.

It just bugs me when a team is in the playoffs like the Twins are and a paid professional can't even tell you their 3rd best starter.

I've seen worse, until the Twins beat the Yanks in the postseason there is no reason to think differently. His point still remains, Carlos Silva..Kyle Lohse, the Yanks will probably win that game.

I wouldn't be too quick with that assumption....Silva recently pitched a complete game shutout against the Angels...he's a pretty decent #3 guy.

Like I said, until the Twins do it, there is no reason to believe otherwise. His point was that there is a lot of pressure on Santana to win his two games for the twins. The one error I would be mad at him for is he totally overlooked Brad Radke as a slab of meat. Radke has had a great year and just been overshadowed by Santana. The twins could leave NY with a 2-0 lead.

i also remember when kruk was adamant about schilling winnning the cy young near the end of the year and said that santana had no shot. I just think he knows absolutely nothing about the twins
