Just drafted my team in a keeper league me and some friends put together.
We get to keep 2 guys for next year, 3 for the year after that, 4 the year after that, and then it holds steady at 4.
I ended up with the number 1 pick in the draft (the draft was at my house, and my fiancee drew the names out....)then I swung a deal with the guy that had the #2 overall pick (sent him my 2nd, 3rd, and 5th round picks for his 1st, 6th, and 8th.) Gave him 4 consecutive picks at the end of the 2nd round/beginning of the 3rd. Kind of handicapped my depth, but since it's a keeper league I decided to build for the future with a chance of winning now.
We're starting 2 QB's, 3 RB's, 3 WR's, 1 TE, 1 K, 2 DEF/SP
10 team league, 8 bench spots.

It was a tough call not going with Priest Holmes even though I had the top 2 picks, but since it's a keeper league I went with guys who have almost as much "right now" and a lot more future ahead of them.
