Four pistons in the top 50 is awesome. It is good to see the Champs getting some respect. I think last year there was only Ben and Hamilton, but maybe only Ben.

Actually all four were on there last year, albeit much, much lower. Ben jumped 19 spots and Chauncey, 20. And of Rasheed was with the Blazers

Does anyone here agree with Chauncy being ahead of Rip? I understand the pg is a tougher position to fill, but I think Smooth is riding his finals MVP a bit far there. NOw if you factor in contracts I might take Cbill over Rip, but straight up no way. Rip is indefensable by any team in the east, and completely carried us through that Indy series. With his added rebounding and assists I put him in the top 20, and Chauncy just makes my list next to guys like Amare and Ginobili. Don't think I'm hating on Chauncy, I appreciate his growth since he joined. He's just not a more valuable player than Pau Gasol.

I'd have to agree with you that there is no way chancey is a better player than rip. I believe he got ranked so high because of his performance in the finals. The focus the entire year was on the West and the Shaq/Kobe drama, etc. Its just that until the finals nobody really paid that much attention to the east, thinking that no matter who came out they would just get dominated by the western team.
