I like the Twins as a team, but I have to root against Pohlad as a human being. The management does a good job of working with what money they are allowed, and Minnesota as a city deserves to have somebody own the team that isn't a minion from hell.

fuck no, i said i wouldn't be cheap...i didn't say i'm a disciple of steinbrenner. i'm just saying shelling out the dough to pick up a decent starter would be a good idea. for instance, this offseason (in my world) santana would have about a 6 year-50 mil extension, and pavano would become a twin. wouldn't try to buy 17 all stars every year like that pansy in new york.
