impressed me a lot. those three were all over the field in the 2nd half last night, good sign for the d-line.

If the game was against a team with a 2nd rate offense, say the Cards, Giants, Bears, etc. everyone would be raving about their play. They showed good penetration and quickness (Lee & Peterson esp). They appear to be better than adequate backups and will garner serious playing time which is a suprise to me.

They did look good, albeit vs. the backup o-line. I would have like to have seen them against the starters to see how they did.

All showed a lot of effort on every play. Lee looked like he was getting a little winded. Of course, the Offense wasn't giving the D much time to rest.

I would like to see Peterson play against better comp as well, he has less mass to bullrush so his technique has to improve from last year's.

I still think Bates will help some of these younger guys.

I wasn't really expecting much out of Cole, but that's great that he's playing well. He was on the first team, too, so he was playing against some starters.
