1. 49ers - Alex Smith, QB, Utah
Seems like this is pretty much a lock at this point. Good pick for them going with pure upside.

2. Dolphins - TRADE w/ BUCS - Aaron Rogers, QB, California
Not taking any chances of loosing out on their guy, Bucs unload Simms who Saban can stick on his bench for now, and they also pick up more day 1 picks.

3. Browns - TRADE w/ REDSKINS - Braylon Edwards, WR, Michigan
Yeaaa, the REdskins want a QB at 25...they ship both of those first rounders, along with another pick and get their offensive playmaker.

4. Bears - Ronnie Brown, RB, Auburn
Ronnie Brown falls into their laps, they can't pass him up.

5. Bucs - TRADE WITH DOLPHINS - Carnell Williams, RB, Auburn
Still don't have a running back, Benson scares them off with Ricky comparisions, so they take this talented back.

6. Titans - Antrell Rolle, CB, Miami
Pac Man's over rated, they go with a corner they know will help their lack of a secondary.

7. Vikings - Mike Williams, WR, USC
Vikings fill the Randy Moss void with thie monster sized man.

8. Cardinals - Cedric Benson, RB, Texas
This pick is if the Cards are unable to trade for any current backs. Bensons fills a HUGE need.

9. Redskins - TRADE w/ BROWNS - Shaune Merriman, DE, Maryland
After their purge of last years line, they pick up this athletic playmaker.

10. Lions - Marcus Spears, DE, LSU
Giving Rogers some help on the d-line. Will help the LBs play alot better. Ideally wanted Barron.

11. Cowboys - Derrick Johnson, OLB, Texas
Parcells get's his new starter on the outside....

12. Chargers - Troy Williamson, WR, South Carolina
Chargers get their downfield threat. Should help out their current receivers.

13. Texans - DeMarcus Ware, DE, Troy
Merriman is gone, they need a tweener to help their DE and OLB positions. Get thier rushing threat.

14. Panthers - Alex Barron, OT, Florida State
They can now move Gross over to the other side and have the two best young tackles.

15. Chiefs - Carlos Rogers, CB, Auburn
Should've gone higher, but no team with a GREAT need for CB.

16. Saints - Thomas Davis, S, Georgia
Saints need help in the secondary....Davis is a beast.

17. Bengals - Erasumus James, DE, Wisconsin
They signed Robertson to help out their young guys. Now they give Justin Smith a running mate at end. Should be a solid line, then maybe they can stop the run.

18. Vikings - TRADE WITH EAGLES - Khalif Barnes, OT, Washington
Philly takes their guy and doesn't risk the chance of loosing him to the Rams. Vikes are content to move down.

19. Rams - Jamaal Brown, OT, Oklahoma
Turley's a turd...here's his classy replacement.

20. Cowboys - Mark Clayton, WR, Oklahoma
Parcell's was looking at someone else, but couldn't pass up Clayton.

21. Jaguars - Adam Jones, CB, West Virginia
Jags are content with Hayward at DE......need secondary help.

22. Ravens - Travis Johnson, DT, Florida State
Moving to 4-3 they need some good tackles in the middle. Johnson falls into their laps.

23. Seahawks - David Pollack, DE, Georgia
Out goes Okefor, in comes Pollack. Great pick for the Hawks.

24. Packers - Brodney Pool, FS, Oklahoma
They need help in the secondary. Pool will be an immediate starter, who should be disiplined enough to not take lots of penalties.

25. Broncos - TRADE w/ REDSKINS then w/ BROWNS - Charlie Frye, QB, Akron
They get their QB in the end and still have extra picks next round to adress other needs. They feel this is too high for Castillo.

26. Jets - TRADE w/ RAIDERS - Fabian Washington, CB, Nebraska
Traded Buchanon now they need to replace him in that secondary.

27. Falcons - Shaun Cody, DT, USC
Ed Jasper is gone, Rod Coleman needs a running mate.

28. Chargers - Channing Crowder, ILB, Florida
Chargers get a young guy to learn the system from Godfrey.

29. Colts - Justin Miller, CB, Clemson
This can't be a surprise either. Colts can score as easily as teams can score on them. Therefore Colts need a CB.

30. Steelers - Matt Jones, WR, Arkansas
Workout warrior, will join ex-QBs Ward and Randle-El at WR.

31. Eagles - TRADE WITH VIKINGS - David Baas, OG, Michigan
The feel they can find an end in the second somewhere. Find Dixon's replacement.

32. Patriots - Marcus Johnson, OG, Ole Miss
Straight out of left field is where Bellicheck comes from. Johnson is huge and will anchor that line.

Sorry for the lack of comments and grammer. Finals time....stressful. Enjoy, let me know what you all think. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone this time.

I like Baas, but he is not worth a first rounder to me.
