Rick Stroud, of the St. Petersburg Times, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers might explore the idea of trading up from the No. 5 overall slot to select either QB Aaron Rodgers (http://www.kffl.com/player/11231/nfl) (California) or QB Alex Smith (http://www.kffl.com/player/11313/nfl) (Utah) in this year's draft. "Part of our process is to be prepared for everything that can occur on draft day," general manager Bruce Allen said. "The quarterback position has always been the center point of franchises going back to Sammy Baugh." The team was impressed with the performances of both Rodgers and Smith during their recent pre-draft work outs.
