Let's move it up to September 8th. That's a road game in San Diego which would probably end around 5:30 in the evening - just in time for everyone to celebrate the rest of the night.

We just need to win 15 games and the Cubs lose 15 games in that span.

I'm sure the Cubs can manage to drop at least 15 games, so it'd be up to us to win 15 more. Given the current trend of this team, that ain't unreasonable.
