Son of a biatch.
I'm looking at the tv schedule... as you know i'm out here in colo, so my only chance to watch the sox is on wgn or espn (and the 3 game stint they're out here playing the rockies, woo). They're on a number of times on wgn, but a lot of those games are on at like 1 p.m. on the weekdays. That blows. The tv schedule is laughing at me.
Such as today, i believe they play on wgn at one. I'm not asking them to play anymore games on wgn... just play at different times.
I believe my first watched game of the year will be sunday night when they play the twinks.

I feel your pain MO but at least I'm guaranteed to see them 19 times against the Twins living here in the Twin Cities. I can't wait to see the Sox pound some lumps on the Twinks this weekend!!!

I know your pain as well. I live in Baltimore, so all I get are the games on WGN/ESPN. I do however get to go to the games when they come to play the O's.

I mean it's blessing to at least get wgn to show some games, but at the same time... they're showing so many day games, and i'm at work. I wish somehow they could be switched.

you are all luckier than i am. out here in central pennsylvania we get the pirates and a little of the phillies.
only when espn airs a sox game (extremely rare) do i get to see my sox.
so count your blessings.

no wgn?
not my cable provider. they have it in the next town over ... but, that doesn't do me any good.
I'm in the same boat. I live in Atlanta, so I only get the Sox on WGN or ESPN. I get about 100 Braves games a year, but I can't get excited about the Braves.
Do any Sox fans on this board actually live in Chicago?

Most are transplanted. I never lived in chicago, just near. I think there's a few guys on the bear board that are sox fans that live in/near chicago... but more of them need to make their way over to this board, for it is baseball season.

For my first 28 years (Des Plaines, Arlington Hts and Lake in the Hills). The last six have been spent up here in the land of 10,000 lakes.
