This is the same as the first game, but I got busy, it got messed up, so I think it would be best to start from scratch.
Basic rules:
1] No trading
2] No making consecutive selections
In the event that multiple people make a selection for a team, the one whose post is submitted first will get priority.
If you're a fan of a team, you may want to pay attention to make sure your team gets who you think they need the most.
1] 49ers - QB Aaron Rodgers, California
2] Dolphins - RB Ronnie Brown, Auburn
3] Browns - QB Alex Smith, Utah
4] Bears - RB Cedric Benson, Texas
5] Buccaneers - RB Cadillac Williams, Auburn
6] Titans - WR Mike Williams, USC
7] Vikings (f/Oak) - LB Derrick Johnson, Texas
8] Cardinals - CB Antrel Rolle, Miami
9] Redskins - WR Braylon Edwards, Michigan
10] Lions - OT Alex Barron, Florida State
11] Cowboys - LB Shawne Merriman
12] Chargers (f/NYG) - WR Troy Williamson, South Carolina
13] Texans - DE Dan Cody, Oklahoma
14] Panthers - S Thomas Davis, Georgia
15] Chiefs - CB Carlos Rogers, Auburn
16] Saints - DE Erasmus James, Wisconsin
17] Bengals - DT Travis Johnson, Florida State
18] Vikings - WR Mark Clayton, Oklahoma
19] Rams - OT Jammal Brown, Oklahoma
20] Cowboys (f/Buf) - DE David Pollack, Georgia
21] Jaguars - DE Marcus Spears, LSU
22] Ravens - CB Pac-Man Jones, West Virginia
23] Seahawks -
24] Packers -
25] Broncos -
26] Jets -
27] Falcons -
28] Chargers -
29] Colts -
30] Steelers -
31] Eagles -
32] Patriots -
A brief explanation for your selection would be great, but is not mandatory.

Fine. I'll start off again, and my choice remains unchanged. It's the first choice of my mock draft, for those interested in an explanation.

I know who is still available...
7] Vikings - LB Derrick Johnson, Texas - Yes, Braylon Edwards is still on the board... Yes, I do right now have him rated as the top prospect in the draft... But no. I can't shake this feeling that he's going to be a bust. I keep hearing that he doesn't show up for the lesser games, that he often fails to make the simple catches, and there's also that issue with Michigan wide receivers, much like Penn State running backs.
Now Derrick Johnson, he's a top 10 prospect (Right now, I have him at 5) and the Vikings could use a linebacker. Furthermore, take a look at the track record of first round drafted linebackers the last 10 years... Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacher, Terrell Suggs, Julian Peterson, Keith Brooking, Takeo Spikes, you get the idea.

Arizona first pisses their pants because all three top RB's and both OB's went off the board in the top 5 picks. After making several calls to the Minnesota war room trying to consumate a Boldin for Bennett and the Vikings 2nd round pick fail, the Cardinals move to shore up their defense with CB Antrel Rolle.

with the 9th pick in the first round, the redskins select brailon edwards.
they need to replace gardner and coles, edwards is a good option, big, physical, and speedy.

Houston selects DE Dan Cody from Oklahoma.
Cody should be a good DE/OLD hybrid for the Texans 3-4 system. They are VERY thin at OLB.

sorry sully, gotta steal this one.
With the 18th pick in the draft the Vikings select WR Mark Clayton from Oklahoma.
Clayton is the most polished reciever in the draft. He does lack ideal size but will make up for that with his outstanding skill in every aspect of the game. Should be the next Derrick MAson or Marvin Harrison, and the Vikes enjoy the sound of that.

The Rams select @<hidden> #19:
Jamaal Brown, OT, Oklahoma - This kid will replace Kyle Turley once they cut his ass and would be a great bookend to go with Orlando Pace.

Realizing they need a guard really badly, the Ravens decide they can wait to fill that need in the 2nd round because they simply cannot pass up Adam "Pac-Man" Jones who could have easily been a top 10 pick. Even though McAlister and Rolle are two of the NFL's top corners, the Ravens are very thin here and need some depth. Jones is an outstanding prospect and even if the Ravens resign Deion....he will help and may be the nickel back of the future they need.

Seattle can't decide if their need is greater for a rant Wistrom or for a LB to replace departures like Simmons and (the about to be cut) Chad Brown.
So they draft a tweener, and figure out where he should play in camp.
Demarcus Ware, DE/LB Troy State

With the 24th pick the Packers selects FS Brodney Pool.
Packers have a big need at safety even tho they also have needs in other area's on defense safety isn't that deep this year in the draft.

The Denver Brown-cos for all their efforts to shore up their defense, still need someone who can get to the QB or at least collapse the pocket. Shaun Cody is arguably the best defensive lineman left. This USC star can even break down doubleteams and will start immediately. Denver selects him with great glee. None of the elite WRs fell to them here, so they are content to wait until the next round for that need.

The combination of Herm Edwards' Cover 2 scheme and the depth of the position in this draft makes corner less of a need than many think - at least in my book.
The Jets ignore the injury concern and give Pennington another weapon at a position of need.
Heath Miller.
