Twins look to clinch tonight

Up 4-0 after 1 inning...Hunter and Koskie both have 2 run HR's

against Mark Buerhle...the traditional Twin killer...

I would have liked to clinch at home, but as much as I hate the White Sox, I couldn't think of a better 2nd place to clinch it.

Silva pitching...would like to see him shut the Sox down again, but most importantly I just want to win this game and clinch that playoff spot.

I'm sure they'll go on and on about how we're not a good team, how we'll get beat in the playoffs, how we're an abberation, how they're better then us...blah blah blah....heard it all and can't help but laugh at it.

Thing is...Chicago will be VERY lucky to even finish in 3rd place next year...the Tigers and Indians are both going to be better and Chicago probably won't resign Mags and might not resign Big Hurt....we saw how well they played without those guys this year. Maybe we'll get lucky and the Royals will catch fire next year and the Chi-Sox will finish dead last...

Unfortunately for them they don't play ball as well as they talk smack or the Twins might be in trouble.
