Well, here in Washington State, anyway.
The Seattle Thunderbirds claimed the US Division and the Everett Silvertips will more than likely keep second place.
(sigh) If only they would show those games. I've been suffering serious hockey withdrawals lately.
Is there a Hockey 911 site? (LOL)

Do they draw good crowds to the games in Washington?
I don't have much of anything to look forward to in Jr. hockey until the OHL draft since it looks like the Gens will be picking 1st. Does anyone know of any websites ranking prospects for the OHL draft? I looked but couldn't find anything. In addition to the 1st pick Oshawa is also building a new arena so thats atleast something to look forward to.
The Ice Dogs/Wolves game on Sportsnet tonight was pretty good btw to anyone here in Canada who watched.

The WHL I cant see going very far. If the NHL gets the replacement players going then we'll pretty much have two mediocre teams. If that happense the WHL is going to lose out.
My hockey fix is pretty much done, the Spits are in the playoffs but unless some miracle
happens they'll be out in the first round.
Good thing the NBA is starting up with the playoffs soon. The Pistons should keep me covered until the Tigers start playing. Hopefully the Tigers dont suck this year.

You're thinking of WHA.
Whoops!
I bet that the WHL has better hockey than the WHA would next season.
How's that for a cover up?

lol. I'm willing to bet that the WHA won't even get up of the ground. As for their rosters they seem to have some good players, but also a lot of shitty players. It'll never happen IMO.
