How in the hell is this possible? Louisville ranked #4 in the nation ends up being a 4 seed in the tournament. What system does the NCAA to make the bracket.

How in the hell is this possible? Louisville ranked #4 in the nation ends up being a 4 seed in the tournament. What system does the NCAA to make the bracket. I agreee that sucks, but i wonder whether they will even make the sweet sixteen. It sucks they have to play GT in the second round should they both win, but I have them losing that game.
