The New York Media is reporting Ty Law, former Patriots starting CB, is speaking with the New York Jets about possibly joining their team for the 2005 season.
According to NY Newsday's website, two sources told Newsday that the Jets are in discussions with the Patriots all-pro. If Law does head to New York, it's expected his contract will fall into the top teir of free-agent contracts similar to deals expected from Anthony Henry, Gary Baxter, and Samari Rolle with signing bonuses in excess of $10 million.
