hoping you guys win this series against the Yankees and it sends them into a tailspin they can't get out of...
How fun would a playoffs with no Yankees be?

Well..that didn't start out well....
First inning, bases loaded...one out...Trot Nixon grounds out to the pitcher and then Jason Varitek strikes out...NO RUNS....that ain't the way to play baseball boys.
GO SOX!

Disappointing. I expected Trot to bite into the Grand Salami.

What an awesome game. I didn't think we would come back at first, but rivera did look very tired out there, I smell sweep. :)
I was pissed after fridays game. But feeling much better now. While we didnt see Schilling this time around, the yankees were clearly the dominant team over the weekend. Mo however did not look sharp with the pressure on.
this past weekend series with the yanks was very disappointing. I thought that they would do the exact opposite and bash the yanks pitching. oy vey!

And so is the game of baseball.. Still in it to win it.. BoSox..
The sox almost fell behind another game last night. Javy Lopez almost ruined the party with his 2-run blast in the 9th. But the sox did the same in the bottom half, too bad schilling got robbed of his win.

I hate the Schilling got robbed of his win, but you got to give Rodrigo Lopez some love, he has been wicked nasty as of late.

Enough said about this weekend. Next year we'll finish ahead of NY, then again I'm beginning to echo the chorus, and perhaps the sad lament, of Boston fans "Next year........" But the PLAYOFFS are here HD anyone?
