I don't really have time to......well I do have the time, but am just too damn lazy to do it.i'll be happy to run it. only one entry allowed, 150 an entry. the p...ayouts will be 70% to 1st, 20% to second and 10% to 3rd. scoring will be as follows: 1st round winner= 1 pt, 2nd round winner = 2 pts, sweet 16 winner= 3 pts, elite 8 winner= 4 pts, final 4 winner = 5 pts, and championship winner= 6 pts. when the brackets come out post your brackets as follows:
Region
List 1st round winners in descending order according to seeding(so 1-16, 8-9, 5-12, 4-13, 6-11, 3-14, 7-10, 2-15)
List 2nd round winners in same fashion
List sweet 16 winners
List region champ

after you've done all 4 regions predict the final 4:
Final Four
Semi winners
National Champ (total points for tie breaker)

um, i'm not sure how late entries will be taken, but for now we'll say 11:55 of 1st day of tourney.
