Bears cut LB Joe, claim Jenkins

The Bears cut 4th round pick Leon Joe yesterday and claimed Corey Jenkins (LB) who was waived by Miami after being inactive week one. Jenkins was a 6th round pick last year and made 5 tackles on defense and special teams last season.
