Sorry beast i couldn't get back to you because i was on the phone with mary and she was rolling. LOL

no the back is still not to good. i'm still in the brace and i'm not anywhere near where i thought i'd be.
on the upside i had my left rotator cuff re-built in july and it's almost a human limb again.

i go see the back doc at the end of the month and i think he's going to say the 'S' word again. maybe not. i'm hoping for a miracle.
