Feb. 10 - One guy who won't be traded before the Feb. 24 trade deadline is Kukoc, Insider has learned. Despite several published reports to the contrary, Kukoc is ineligible to be traded this year. He signed a one-year deal last summer. Because the Bucks used their Bird rights to sign him, he can't be traded.
