How about we all donate money into one persons account and then that money will be put into the bank and grow to an infinite amount with the interest rate and people can ask for the sullies at any time. It is preferred that in order to take some sullies, you actually donate something though. I will be willing to be the boards holder, but if no one trusts me you could always get someone else to do it, I guess.
