Recommendation: Delgado's agent, David Sloane, who was not present when the Mets met with Delgado informally last Thursday will be present at this meeting. The likelihood is that revised contract terms, since the Mets have extended a three-year, $30 million offer, which is below the Marlins' three-year, $35-million proposal, will be discussed at this meeting. Delgado is expected to meet with the Texas Rangers (http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/teams/tex/) on Friday so no deal will be reached before the weekend.
