My chitty D-III college used to play this school called Roanoke Bible, and regularly rolled up 80-point margins of victory.

Furman is I-AA, however...and not a very good I-AA school at that. Did anyone see NC State get stomped by St. Johns? 10 points in the first half.

Furman is 1-AA in football, i think they are in Division 1 for basketball.

Whether or not they're called I-AA doesn't make that much of a difference. They are still small and have more limitations than most I-A football schools. There aren't too many schools that are I-AA in football and successful in sports where they compete in a more competetive division I field.
