Here are the scoring rules for the NFC North Fantasy Football League.

Passing:
1 point per 20 yards
3 points per touchdown
2 points for a 300 yard game
4 points for a 400 yard game
-2 points per interception thrown
2 points for a two point conversion

Rushing:
1 point per 10 yards
5 points per touchdown
2 points for a 100 yard game
4 points for a 200 yard game
-2 points per fumble lost
2 points for a two point conversion

Receiving:
1 point per 10 yards
5 points per touchdown
2 points for a 100 yard game
3 points for a 150 yard game
1 point per 5-7 receptions
2 points per 8-9 receptions
4 points for 10+ receptions
2 points for a two point conversion

Kicking:
1 point per extra point
3 points per field goal from 17-39 yards
4 points per field goal from 40-49 yards
5 points per field goal from 50+ yards

Team Defense:

Points per game allowed
Shutout: 8
2-10: 6
11-20: 3
21-30: 0
31-40: -3
41+: -6

Total Yards allowed on offense
Under 250 yards: 5
251-350 yards: 2
351-500 yards: 0
501+ yards: -3

2 points for not allowing a touchdown on offense
1 point per sack
3 points per interception
3 points per fumble recovery
7 points per touchdown on defense/special teams
5 points per safety

Kick Returns (Applies to individual players on offense only):
6 points per touchdown on a kickoff or punt return

Wins/Losses:
1 point for a team win
-1 point for a team loss
0 points for a team tie
