I am a duke fan, and as of right now I'm not sure this is going to be a great team. Obviously teams play different on different nights but judging by the MSU game in Cameron it makes me believe at this point they are not a national title contender. My school has a pretty good team for a mid major D-1 basketball team. They could win the CAA and go to the tourney but they aren't not that powerful and they only lost to MSU by 6.

So again, it's very early and my comparison is tough considering it only takes into account two games under completely different situations. Btw as I'm typing they start knocking down threes. I could see a season of upwards of 8 or 9 losses but then again even with their losses I could honestly say on any given night they could beat any team in the country. Sometimes that's all K needs, I have faith in him.

I see what your saying phila, and honestly they arent a great team, but they do have alot of solid players and the best coach in the nation. They just need to figure out what works for them and go with it. I feel that they will be in every game they play, they just have to stay hyped about playing the lesser guys. Its all good man.

i went to the duke game at the garden last nite. i was impressed by their play in the 2nd half. most of the 1st half was sloppy and duke shot 17% from the land of plenty. they also shot 51% from the line. JJ had an outstanding game, and no fouls. randolph fouled out in the 2nd half but they stepped up their play. very impressive win.
