Honest Question For Broncos Fans

Is Jake the guy for the job? I know other teams have won with less (Dilfer) but do you guys as REAL Broncos fans think that he is the guy....How happy are you with him? Didnt you get that oh LORD what did we do feeling when they got him from Arizona? I think being QB in Denver has to be a damn tough job..thanks to a guy we all know and love JOHN ELWAY.

I am going to say that IMO the jury is still out. He started off good last year then hurt his shoulder. Was not the same when he came back. I will give him through this year before I say yes or no.

I think our record with him and without him last year speaks for itself. You could blame that on the play of the backups, but not really.

I don't know. I had a pretty funny feeling when we obtained him but he really was the only option out there at the time. My gut lurched in the first game last year against Cincy. He was awful. But he did improve and it go to where we wanted him on the field. His preseason hasn't been that good and I'm wondering how much of that was preseason. All we can do is wait and see. If he comes on like he did last year, I'll be thrilled.

When Farve walks away from the game you will find out how hard it is to replace a hall of fame qb. Most teams can't do it right away. Only one team that I can think of did it right away and that was San Fran with Montana and Young. But look at them now. Plummer isn't as bad as people make him out to be. He makes some bad throws but tell me you are always happy with the throws that Brett makes?

Nope not at all..... but my question wasnt about Favre....i just know when the Packersa picked up Couch and talked like he was gonna be Favres replacement i about was sick to my stomach....hes NOT the answer....i just know what the majority of people in and out of Denver thought about Jake b4 he went there...

Plummers play is perfect for the Broncos. He makes things happen. Not as good as Elway could but if anyone thinks that Denver will ever have another Elway they need help. Plummer is a much better qb the Greise was so yes I was happy to get him.
