To anyone that thinks Pierce didn't seriously think he was injured on the court last night before getting taken off: Shut Up. I don't even like Pierce, or the Celtics for that matter, but he didn't look to be faking at all and the replay showed him twist that whole leg awkwardly as well. That's what's wrong with sports today, all these pedestrian commentators who hardly have played a competitive sport in their lives trying to say that a professional basketball player is over-exaggerating an on-court injury. I can't count how many times I've turned an ankle or taken an elbow or gotten knocked to the ground that I thought surely I had broken, fractured, torn, or seriously sprained something and after about 15-20 minutes I was feeling well enough to play again (or less). It's the Finals people, small injuries will get played through.
