What the fuck.

I can't believe it. Seriously, this kid had so much potential. I started watching this kid play at the World Juniors for two years now and he was just great.

Terrible news.

Awfully sad. I heard it today on the radio while I was in a store.

I don't want to argue about this, but I'm really not a fan of street bikes/motorcycles. Scary.

Anyway, this sucks.

Never understood this in athletes. It's stupid, absolutely stupid. They are getting paid millions of dollars because of their bodies. Bodies they have put decades worth of work into. Their bodies, as improbable as this may seem to them, are not unbreakable. As Joey Porter said, "Concrete is undefeated." I feel bad for Luc, it was fun watching him in the Q and all, but athletes need to wisen up with this shit. You get in a car crash, you've got an air bag, (possibly) a seat belt and a shit ton of steel to take the impact off you, you get in a motorcycle accident and you lose.

The latest issue of The Hockey News has a story about Bourdon written by his best friend, Pittsburgh defenseman Kris Letang. It's a nice tribute.
