Anyones game, I give Boston the advantage because it's at home and they haven't lost a home and usually play great there, LeBron could be scary today

KG attacking the basket = Boston blowout.
Passive, jump shooter KG = close game.

KG was on fire taking jump shots in Game 6. He doesn't have to attack the basket, especially with Wallace and/or Varejao in the game. They dominate him in the block, but if he takes them outside, they can't stop him.
I agree with you that it helps the team greatly when he attacks the basket, but he can be a successful jump shooter.

Ray Allen has to step up today and make shots, he is guarded by friggin wally sczerbiekekekekekeic who can't defend and is slower and he is being shut down

The Truth showed up to play today and so did the rest of the Celtics....Eddie House is stepping up
this has been a horribly played series and a horribly played game.

Maybe because of both teams defenses shutting the other guys offenses down. They are 2 of the top 3 defenses in the playoffs with the Pistons in between.

Your dumb then if its not defense. The Celtics they showed were shooting around 50 percent, which is pretty good. Both teams are shutting each other down.

Ah, thankfully not TNT. I like to see the foul when it happens and not some worthless shot that happened 30 seconds prior. And yes, I can wait. I think I have it on DVD too but it's probably in a box I still have packed up.
exactly why it sucks. one on one. noone else is playing. shitty basketball.

Well the cavs are playing basketball because there whole team is LeBron. Pierce is coming up huge Garnett is getting the Rebounds and Ray Allen is still missing. The second half should be exciting because both teams know one of them will go home after it and everyone needs to give it all they have.

I'm not doubting your ability, but I think running up and down the court for awhile and feeling pressure would make that harder. I mean, if it were that easy it would be easier to play in the NBA. You could learn the other skills.

LeBron is given too much credit. Face it. He basically threw the game in the last minute or so. None of the media outlets are recognizing this fact, much less the commentators who say how great he is.
How did he do this?
If you all remember, he did miss 3 crucial shots and the end , 2 3-pointers and a 2pt FG.
James is still selfish. That's why the Cavs can't get it done.
HamelsToe
05-18-2008, 08:51 PM
James is selfish because his teammates are atrocious. I remember one time late in the game when Wallace got the ball with his back to the basket and if he would have turned around, he would have had an easy dunk, but he panicked and made a terrible pass.
I think LeBron would pass the ball if he had decent teammates. The Celts focused their entire defense on LeBron and Delonte, and denied every passing lane they had to each other. They knew that no one else on the court would get a shot, and played defense accordingly.
James needs to get a teammate that doesn't suck. Preferably a post threat. Maybe a guy like Marreese Speights will be available when they draft.
