Fabian Washington to Browns?

3/31: The Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns have exchanged e-mails about a possible trade for cornerback Fabian Washington, but it doesn't sound as if a deal is in the works, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer (http://blog.cleveland.com/sports/2008/03/cleveland_browns_could_host_th.html). The Browns were told that Oakland has an offer of a second-round pick on the table for the former No. 1 draft pick. The Browns do not have a pick available higher than the fourth round and aren’t even sure they would give that up for Washington.
