I think the whole ESPN board has now migrated here......

I see that labby, jarrose, and daddy'O are here now. I will drop a note on the other board to see if we can get SunTrees ass here also.

I will have to make it a point to check that other board once in a while....it would be rather comical to see the trolls argueing amongst themselves..

LOL...that board is dead as hell. I'm trying to migrate the Pistons board too. We are going to Real Gm for that one since this one didn't have one when we started leaving. I think I have gotten about 20 people over there that i recognize and a bunch of other guys that said they were from the ESPN boards.

This thing just blows it away.

The one thing I would like to see though, is a "flat" thread mode. I'm not sure how hard it would be to put it in, but if its possible, i would really appreciate it.

I always read boards in this format. Don't like to see all the replies listed. Still this board is so much better. This is the best format for boards.

Should be a much better crowd here too. Some real die hards that respect each other and know what the hell they are talking about most of the time.

Slob, did you try the hybrid or threaded modes? That's about the best alternative I can offer for "Flat Mode"

Actaully, tree just shot me an e-mail. He said that he has been away from home because of the hurracane, and that he will be here in a few days.....

Ya, i tried it, and it really wasnt what i was looking for.

I like to be able to sign in, and see all the latest posts without having to sift through the whole thread.

However, i am getting more and more familiar with this format, so its becoming less of a big deal all the time...

The first thing I do after signing in is check 'Active Topics' on the drop-down menu. You can choose since last visit, last hour, last day, whatever.

It doesn't give you a flat view of post-by-post, but it does keep you up to date on what threads are getting hits.
