Michael Redd. Look at his numbers and they are alright, but the guy doesnt have it this year so far. No fire, forces bad shots, dribbling an issue, and just appears to be going thru the motions. Desmond Mason has looked ALOT better this season. Right now I wouldnt give Redd a MAX deal.
Porter's rotation. If anybody figures it out please tell me. Wow. Zendon plays good Wednesday night, and gets minimal PT last night. ZaZa doesnt get much time Wednesday and then last night plays often and was clearly overmatched. I dont get it? All of a sudden Strickland seems to be getting more PT, or at least on some nights. Joe Smith was hot as hell early in the game, and then Porter completely takes him out until later.
I thought Mike James was supposed to be a good 3pt shooter?
Hopefully KVH isnt hurt too long, cant afford another injury.
4-10, the hole is deep enough, really time to step it up. Been a REALLY frustrating year so far. The team hasnt really recovered from that choke job at Miami it seems.

It has been frustrating, but they've hung tough in almost every game. I was at the Laker game, and although I never use the refs as an excuse, it was a horrible example of officiating, if you can call it that.

I also was at the Laker game and would agree, teams have to play against the opponent and try to forget about bad calls, even if there are (perceived or real) a ton of questionable whistles. I thought it was telling that Kobe Bryant didn't have a called foul until the 4th quarter and of course, looks around as if he couldn't believe an official actually called him for one. I'll give him credit that he didn't complain or throw a tantrum though.
I think the team needs a talk maybe similar to Sherman's talk to the Packers. Sometimes they just don't seem to be playing with each other and aren't making good decisions. The opponent makes two baskets and they seem to put themselves in a mind frame they are 30 points behind and will never get back into the game. Desmond Mason, in my opinion isn't being properly supported by teammates. He's carrying this team. If one player could win the game, he would be that player. And even if he isn't being productive, his passion and hustle is always above and beyond.
