Updating a previous report, Adam Schefter, of NFL.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/156), reports the Washington Redskins (http://www.kffl.com/team/37/nfl) have re-signed unrestricted free-agent QB Todd Collins (http://www.kffl.com/player/990/nfl) to a three-year deal worth $9 million. The deal includes a $3 million signing bonus.
