It was a 7 point game with three minutes left. A team starting 4 freshman shouldn't be ranked in the top 10 this early in the year. Carolina should have been up by 25 in the first ten minutes, UK was throwing the ball all over the place.

There are a lot of other teams that deserve to be ranked higher right now. Namely, any team that started in the top ten and hasn't lost yet...bonus points to teams that haven't lost to Santa Clara, which would be all of them.

It means a lot, considering what we look like offensively when he's not there. We can't run an offensive set in the halfcourt and aren't nearly as fast running the break. Not to mention that after beating Stanford, it's quite possible that Santa Clara is ranked this week.

The talent differential should mean we still win the game, I agree, but it's untrue to say it means nothing.
