Wasn't the deadline for the Marlins to be out of Dolphins Stadium 2010?

I'm wondering if the MIAMI Marlins will need to find a temp home for a year.

I haven't really kept up on the exact situation with the Marlins in Dolphins Stadium. Obviously I know the Marlins are trying to get a new stadium and every year when football season starts I am reminded of how badly I wish they would get out of there. The baseball infield fucks up the football field so bad.

But after looking, it does appear that the Marlins lease runs through 2010.

I was reading that the new stadium should be done by 2011.


But I remember back when Joe Robbie was renamed Dolphins Stadium, that the Marlins had to be out in 2010 no matter what.

I wonder where they will play for that in between season.
